The Estate consists of 3 residential phases namely phase 1, 2 and 3. Gleneagles Drive is the main arterial route in the Estate and connects phases 1 and 2. The Golf Course and Clubhouse are both centrally located. Phase 3 or the game reserve area is situated on the northern side of the Estate.
